FundRock NZ is proposing certain changes to the Stewart Investors Worldwide Leaders Fund (the "Fund"). Effective on or around 30 May 2026, the Fund will change to the FSSA Global Emerging Markets Focus Fund.

The Investor Notice is available on the FundRock NZ website and contains further information on this change, including how this will affect the Fund's investment objective, strategy, and fees.
