Important notice to Unitholders

Effective on or around 1 April 2026, the Stewart Investors Worldwide All Cap Fund will change to the RQI Global Diversified Alpha Fund.

This will involve the transition of the delegated investment management responsibilities and branding from Stewart Investors to an affiliate investment management team, RQI Investors.

As a result of this transition, the Stewart Investors website will be closed effective on or around 2 April 2026.

All historical AMIT notices and Financial Statements will still be available on the First Sentier Investors website.

Worldwide All Cap

This unconstrained investment strategy launched in November 2012 and became available to Australian retail investors in September 2022. It is typically able to invest in 40-60 companies across the world that contribute to, and benefit from, sustainable development.
