Diversity in Corporate Asia
Purpose: Stewart Investors would like to identify Asian corporate leaders and laggards in terms of their approach to diversity in the workplace and at a board level.
Identify leaders and laggards in terms of diversity approach with clear evidence. Particular attention to be placed on gender and ethnic gaps in representation and pay.
Identify examples of best practice and worst practice.
Please throw in other “off-piste” examples of best practice from employers outside the scope list as you come across them.
